The owner was very kind to us and the communication was perfect. The appartment is very well located, in the center of Prague and close to the public transports. The flat is ok for two persons, we enjoyed our stay (5 months) in it. However, it is old and need some renovations such as in the bathroom.

Perfect location, flexible owner, very helpful, bright, spacious room and kitchen, modern bathroom. The street is noisy, however, for me it was not at all disturbing with closed windows. I can only recommend it.

Really nice and comfortable house and room. Maria is truly kind in giving an enjoyable stay with amenities for you and makes sure you get to know Lisbon and the surroundings, which are excellent since you're just minutes away from the metro and the main train/bus station and mall.

I definitely recommend her and her house if you want to have a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

I had a wonderful stay in this appartement. I had everything I needed and the location was very convenient. Also, when I arrived, the appartement was very clean. Whenever I had questions, I could simply text the owner with quick response. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The appartement is nice, with great flatmates. The access to the tram is easy in around 5 minutes at the tram stop Baterie.
The room for itself is quite small but survivable.


Eliška is a really great person and helped me a lot during these month in Prague, I thank her a lot.

Na tomto místě jsem žila více než rok a musím říct, že ještě nikde jsem se necítila tak skvěle. V bytečku na vás dýchne nádherná klidná atmosféra. Za mne toto bydlení naprosto splnilo mé náročné požadavky. Byt je opravdu krásný a útulný, ve skvělé a klidné čtvrti a s vlastním parkovacím stáním, což považuji za velkou výhodu. Pan majitel je skvělý člověk, který mi vždy se vším vyšel vstříc a co bylo potřeba zařídil. Moc děkuji za to, že jsem měla možnost zde bydlet. Rozhodně pronájem těchto prostor doporučuji. ♥️

Majitel, Dušan, je velmi milý člověk a se vším nám rád pomohl. Byt se nám moc líbil, lokace je super, opravdu kousíček od centra. I přes menší rozměry garsonky se tu člověk cítí jak doma - vše je chytře vyřešeno. Moc doporučujeme.

Very nice apartment, has everything you need. I worked remotely for two months and had great internet, even better than my internet at home. I asked for a closet for storage and they put it there for me, which was very nice. The landlord always responded fast to my questions and was always friendly. The location is great since its in the centre of Funchal. The supermarket and beach are very close. The only downside is the noise of the traffic. If you close your window at night and wear earplugs its okay. Overall experience is positive!

Nice tiny apartment in a fantastic place. The apartment is well equipped, even for a long stay. The balcony is equipped with a built-in grill and has a very nice view of the fields and mountains.
The best in this place is the beach, coast, and sun sunsets.

It was a really great experience. The flat is really well situated, 2 min away from the city center and all the redtaurant and shops. It is 5 min away at foot from the nearest mall and the neighbourhood have good bars around but without being noisy. There were all the furniture we needed, and the appartment can receive a lot of people. Jan and Nikol was really great landlord, there were always there to help us when we needed them and always made sure that we were good. Me and my roomate really appreciated the experience and recommend at 100% to rent this flat.

I had a lovely stay at Mariana's place. It's a really spacious room and has all the comfort you need. It's in a quiet area and 3 minutes walk to the water. It's a great place if you don't want to be in the Centre but still connected to the city. Spending time with Mariana, who is always sharing her food, kindness and wisdom, is just lovely!
