We really enjoyed the apartement. However, there were some problems we had to get solved, and the kitchen could be better equipped. We didn't feel very safe, because we had three situations in which a few people opened the door of the apartment with other keys, without our consent.
We liked our landlord Alex, despite the fact that we had the big inconvenience of having to leave the apartment when the contract wasn't over. We understand that the situation was out of control. Besides that, we got a little dissatisfied in the begging of our stay for being in uncertainty regarding our contract extension, but everything was solved then.

The accommodation was perfect for my needs and at a great price. Great location, right in city center, accessible and with all amenities close by. The private bathroom & shower is a plus!

Both Landlord and manager are trustworthy, communicative and helpful.

S bydlením jsem byla velmi spokojená, uvedené vybavení odpovídá realitě, byt je krásně a vkusně zařízený. Navíc, co oceňuji, je dobrá lokalita v těsné blízkosti centra Brna. Okna bytu jsou orientovaná do dvora domu, takže v bytě není slyšet ruch z hlavní silnice. Komunikaci a spolupráci s majitelem také nemohu nic vytknout, pan majitel je vstřicný, milý, spolehlivý. Toto bydlení vřele doporučuji.

Horst is a very kind and caring landlord. He was always on hand to answer my questions during my stay at his apartment. The apartment itself is compact, neat and has everything you could possibly need. I have zero complaints on both fronts and I'd totally recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great brand new studio in the heart of Funchal with a steady internet connection and good sound isolation. For those staying few months there are no cupboards or a hoover though, which might lack a bit.

Some of the furniture and electrical devices were not working well, however there were always alternatives.
The wall between the living room and the nearest bedroom was soaked and maybe a bit moldy which is rather an esthetical issue and in the spirit of fairness in the weekend before we moved in there was a really really huge rain - which could resulted this as a force majeure.
An oven in the kitchen would have been really great in such a nice and well equipped apartment - we missed it sometimes.

Musím ocenit především ochotu a jednání pana majitele. Samotný dům je perfektně situován, hezký zrekonstruován, velkým bonusem je posilovna a společne terasy. Byt funkčně vybaven, moc hezká koupelna, perfektní vestavěná skříň v předsíni a velká chytrá tv. Jako jediné minus shledavam hlukovou propustnost vzhledem ke konstrukci podlah/stropu, díky umístění bytu na konci chodby a tichým sousedům jsem to ale během mého 3-mesicniho pobytu vnímal minimálně.
