Johannes was a gracious host, accommodating and responsive to my queries. He prepared an extension cable upon request, replaced batteries for the weighing scale, and collected the fan for fixing when I informed him that it's not working. The flat itself was well lit during the day, unobstructed by other buildings, adequately equipped for basic cooking needs, washing laundry, TV, and soaking in the tub. If I must mention one downside, is that the pillows were not very suitable for sleeping, they seem more like couch cushions, and the towels were quite small. Small things that can easily be fixed. Prime location due to its connectivity in a generally peaceful area, not smacked in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Big plus: The building has a reception area where they will help receive parcels when you're not in. Staff (in particular, the elderly gentleman was so pleasant although I do not speak Czech) were friendly and helpful. Happy to return for my next trip.

Krásný byt s okny do vnitrobloku, lokace byla ideální. V ubytování je vše, co člověk potřebuje, včetně varné desky (kuchyň je trochu větší než na fotkách). Self check-in i check-out, rychlá komunikace. Vyřešily jsme i zapomenuté hodinky, moc děkuji :)

We lack words to express what a wonderful experience we had in Janeiro de Baixo! Living in the property of Maria was a true joy, with all the prompt assistance she provided us whenever we needed. The neighborhood was incredible, surrounded by green mountains and rivers and a quietness we had never seen before. It is a wonderful getaway to forget about the city life, to be submerged into nature and to engage with super friendly inhabitants of the village. We went with our children and the people reacted super welcoming towards them, frequently gifting us with extremely sweet fruit (figs, grapes, kakis, mandarins, etc) from their own gardens and backyards. Our experience was truly unforgettable! It can get pretty cold in the fall as the winter months approach, but Maria was so helpful that she bought us a dryer for our clothes, since with the humidity they were unable to dry. She fetched for all the needs we had while living in her property, and carefully kept in contact with us to make sure we were helped in whatever necessary. When we met her and her husband in the beginning, they even drove us to the neighboring village to show us the people and the businesses and to get us acquainted with the area. They are truly lovely people and Janeiro de Baixo is a truly captivating place! It stole our hearts! We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful three-month stay in Marilena’s beautiful home. The house itself is full of character, family history, and lovely antiques, and it is clearly very well cared for. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Marilena is an exceptional host. She greeted us with a generous basket that included olive oil made from the olive trees in the backyard, wine, fresh bread, and other thoughtful essentials. Later in our stay, she surprised us again with homemade kumquat jam, which was such a special touch. One of the highlights of our time there was walking the grounds with Marilena as she showed us the edible herbs and greens growing around the property. She pointed out the lemon and orange trees we could pick from and even took the time to teach us how to harvest olives and explained the brining process. These experiences made our stay feel truly unique and connected to the place. Her welcome book was extremely helpful, with house information, easy Greek phrases, and recommendations for local restaurants and nearby sites. She also kept us informed about upcoming events in Acharavi and Old Town Corfu ( a short 45 minute drive from the home), which helped us feel part of the community during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this special home and are grateful for the friendship we developed with Marilena. We would happily stay again and highly recommend both the home and the host.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the city center with tasteful midcentury modern decor. Comfortable bed, plenty of space to relax, and all the charm of Prague at your doorstep. The owner is kind and friendly. Would definitely return & look to rent for longer next time!

Maja ist eine sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin, wenn man was brauchte hat sie immer zeitnah geantwortet und auch ein paar Tipps gegeben. Viel Kommunikation herrschte darüber hinaus nicht, das hat mich aber keineswegs gestört. Die Unterkunft ist eine süße vorübergehende Alternative zur herkömmlichen Wohnung, sie war aufgeräumt (außer ein paar Spinnweben) und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Am meisten gefiel mir die schöne Lage des Bungalow, keine 100 Meter weiter ist direkt das Meer, die Nachbarschaft ist friedlich und sicher, und zuletzt die ganzen tollen Katzen, die ab und an zu Besuch kamen. Würde ich jeden empfehlen, der etwas weiter außerhalb der Stadt verbleiben möchte.

L'appartement est très bien situé, équipé, chauffé. Le piano a un son magnifique et c'était un privilège de pouvoir jouer sur un tel instrument. Le propriétaire, qui parle français, est sympathique et facile à joindre pour toute question. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Prague et je reviendrai. The flat is neatly situated in town, well-equipped and heated. The grand piano sounds great and I felt it as a privilege to play on such an amazing instrument. The owner speaks several languages, is friendly and easy to reach for any question. We had a wonderful stay in Prague and I will come back.

Terrific, comfy, well appointed loft style home, just 7 or so min. walk from the Brussels-Zuid train station. Sami was very responsive to our early questions, and made the process super smooth. Highly recommend.

Great studio apartment in Alfama! The host's support and communication was excellent. Be aware, Alfama is very hilly and travel to and from the flat requires many steps. Highly recommend this host and apartment.
