The property owner, Sandra, was responsive and accommodating. On the apartment itself, the ocean views from the balcony were simply breathtaking. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The flat is a good size and spacious for a couple. Almog is very kind and all communication went very smoothly. The hardest part is just a typical Portuguese old town staircase in front of the flat. But I enjoyed walking around.

It was our second time on the island and our 3rd accommodation: best internet connection (no interruptions), best views (3 balconies). The kitchen was fully equipped (actually pleasantly surprised it also included a dishwasher).
Glad we had available the electric heaters (as some days got colder in March).
Good communication with the host (fast replies).
Furnas is a charming little town. I totally recommend this accommodation/host if you're around.
I highly appreciated the attention to details / the little things like a small grocery bag, an umbrella, nice paintings to stare at in the morning.

Roberto went above and beyond by being at the location even earlier than our agreed check-in time, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to from the get-go. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival.

Nestled just a short distance from the vibrant main street of Oura and the inviting beach, the apartment provided the perfect balance between serenity and convenience. While the proximity to the bustling street occasionally brought some noise, it didn't overshadow the overall charm of the area.

What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Home Holidays. Roberto and the team were always on hand to address any inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression.

We would definitely come back and stay at one of the Home Holidays locations.

Staying in this apartment on Madeira for over two months with my wife and daughter, we couldn't have asked for a more homely experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the apartment wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed for day-to-day living and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities such as a baby cot, potty, and high chair for our daughter, which we hadn't even requested.

The apartment itself was a gem. It exceeded our expectations, which were already high from the photos we had seen online. Featuring two terraces with breathtaking views of the ocean. These views became a part of our daily lives, from enjoying morning coffees to witnessing stunning sunsets, each moment was a delight.

We sincerely hope to return to this apartment in the future. It's rare to find a place that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, providing not just accommodation but a memorable and enriching experience. This apartment on Madeira did just that, and we look forward to the day we can come back.

Byt, paní Kláry J. je útulný a velmi dobře řešený. Bydleli jsme v něm s přítelem dlouhodobě a cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Byt je skvěle vybavený a v nejlepší dostupnosti veškerých služeb i parku a zeleně. Paní Klára J. je skvělá a zodpovědná majitelka. Vždy vše vyřešila jak nejlépe mohla k naší nejlepší spokojenosti. We had a good stay at this apartment. It's really close to public transport, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and practical, fitting our needs well. However, sometimes the owner was slow to respond to messages, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, we enjoyed our accommodation. It was unfortunate that we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons.

Excellent apartment! We stayed at Hugo’s place for almost seven weeks and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all the amenities, including a monitor, fast wifi for two person doing video calls and workstation for remote work. Kitchen had all the appliances and bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. The terrace on the top of the building offered great views and was a perfect place for a lunch time swim and sunbathing. Neighbours were and the whole neighbourhood was friendly and quiet. We will definitely stay at Hugo’s again if we will come back to Funchal.
