Martin has been a very good host. Twice we reached him for some housekeeping and he made sure to address those in quickest time. The property is well furnished, well decked up with essentials all present in the house from utensils to white goods all in working condition.

Karel, Lucie and their family took really good care of me during my stay in their apartment. I stayed for almost 5 months while I participated in the Erasmus+ program as a student. Every time I had an inquiry they made sure they would see through it and always with a good mood. They made my stay very satisfying and I had no issues. The area is quite and safe, and pretty close to the centrum. Public transport is close and very reliable. Grocery shops, cafes and bars are also very close. I would strongly recommend this apartment for longer and for shorter stays.

The house is very spacious, great living room, all the furniture are new. The kitchen is modern, and well equipped. There is bus station and tram about 10 minutes walk.

It was very well equipped and had very well decoration.
This flat is also well placed, near public transport and one supermarket.
Daniela, the landlord was very helpful and attentive.

It was very nice to stay at their place, very clean, easy to get to the city by tram, having garage.
and owner's family, everybody was so lovely, and very kind to me all the time. I would love to stay there again when I have a chance ! Recommend to everyone who is searching nice flat in prague!

My friend and I stayed in Eva's flat in Brno for nearly four months, and we felt welcome and comfortable from the very beginning! Although Eva lives abroad, she was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had via whatsapp, and her friend Denisa, who lives in Brno, was also around to help. Denisa was kind eough to pick us up from the airport and show us around, and generously bought us some snacks, which was a very nice touch after a long day travelling! The flat itself is lovely and spacious, and very comfortable. A very nice feature is that it gets a lot of light because of the large windows, which are double glazed so the flat stayed warm and was very quiet despite being located on a main road. We were provided with everything we needed, included cooking equipment, towels, blankets, sheets, etc. I would happily come straight back to this flat when I am next in Brno!

Отличное расположение прям рядышком с центром в 5-7- минутах!
Метро, автобусы, трамвай и троллейбусы - остановки находятся в 3 минутах от апартаментов! все очень удобно , жила в этих апартаментах 2 месяца(29.11.2019-14.01.2020), очень приятные и отзывчивые хозяева!!!Мистер Ференц всегда был на связи и очень быстро ответил мне с моей проблемой (потеряла ключ). Квартира Очень удобная и теплая, в квартире есть все необходимое : гладилка, утюг, фен, посуда (тарелки, кружки, бокалы, кастрюля, Сковорода, столовые приборы, чайник, пылесос.Проживаение было лчень удобным и комфортным. Очень рекомендую эту квартиру всем кто хочет жить в центре! Рядом находится Фэйшн Стрит( это что то вроде арбата), библиотеки , можете поплавать вечером ра кораблике, вид Очень красивый!!!!
Квартира очень понравилась , всем рекомендую! Минусов нет)
