The apparment looks exactly as the pictures shown. It is a quiet and beatiful neighborhood. You will find supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and green areas. There is a tram stop just in the corner of the street. Easy to get from anywhere.

The aparment is fully equipped. It looks like a new place. Cable Channel and Internet is available as well. There is a
big TV, which is great. Everything works perfectly except for the trash shovel :) haha. The apartment is cool.

I had been received by Roman (landlord) and Kristyna (daughter), which are really nice and respectful people, wiling to help you at any time. We were in touch from the moment I contacted them to rent the flat. Unfortunately, I lost my keys, and they helped me to look for it and also they carried me to my new flat.

Very nice accommodations in an accessible part of Prague with buses. It was a bit distant to trams and metro, but otherwise quite acceptable in terms of local travel. Wonderful apartment with excellent views of city and surrounding green spaces.

I stayed in Jozef's flat for a month and it was the absolutely fantastic! Jozef is a great host, very supportive and was always accessible! The flat is just great, nothing to add here. It is spacious, modern, with beautiful details, decor and balcony, it has everything that you might need. The residence itself is in great location, new building and it's 1 minute away from tram station that takes you to the city center. The area is superb, lots of shops, bars, restaurants and the trendy place in Prague Vnitroblock is just across the road. It's a pity I couldn't stay any longer and I would definitely recommend Jozef's apartment!

Byt je plně vybavený, zařízený a je v něm vše, co si pro běžné bydlení můžete přát. Je skvělé umístěný, výborná dopravní dostupnost i krásný park Grébovka téměř za rohem. Lenka byla velmi ochotná a vstřícná hostitelka. Skvěle se nám zde bydlelo a mohu jen doporučit! :)

I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. It is very nice and cozy just as seen in the pictures. Well communicated to downtown. You can reach supermarkets easily. Radim has been very attentive. He has helped a lot to locate in Brno. Flatio is a good platform to find apartment. All tramits were easy and clear.

Byt je nově zrekonstruovaný a moderně vybavený kousek od zastávky tramvaje (cca 3 minuty chůze).
Vybavenost je dobrá, po dobu našeho pobytu jsme si vařili v plně zařízené kuchyni, k dispozici byla i pračka.
Lokace bytu je výborná, v blízkém okolí jsou restaurace a několik prodejen potravin \ supermarketů, také dva parky. Cesta do centra města trvá méně jak 20 minut.
Komunikace s panem Pavlem byla skvělá, vyšel nám ve všem vstříc. Vřele doporučujeme.

The flat was excellent and in the conditions I was told, I enjoyed a lot my stance at the flat. Practical, nice and very comfortable. The landlord welcomed me to the apartment and explained how everything worked inside the apartment. He always answered every time I had any questions or needed something, very helpful!

This is a lovely apartment- it feels very homely, it is a good size and it is walking distance from a large Kaufland supermarket and a few other shops, plus there is a big shopping mall with a H&M, Tesco and gym three stops away on a bus. It is on the 11 and 14 tramlines which makes travelling around the city easy too. The apartment is well equipped- it has a sofa bed for guests, a balcony, a big TV, a computer and even a piano and exercise bike. It is very quiet and feels very safe around the apartment. Also, Marketa is a great landlord too- speaks perfect English, is very friendly and responds quickly. Overall, I fully recommend here as a place to stay.

Jitka and her husband were very responsive and hospitable. The location is ideal and the apartment stayed cool even on hot days. We had all of the amenities we needed and the Internet connection is very strong in the small bedroom and kitchen. The tram stop is nearby as is the castle, but the apartment stayed very quiet...except for the singing birds and pleasant chimes of the church bells. We would certainly rent this apartment again.

Martin was a great and responsive host. As it gets quite warm in the flat, Martin immediately organized a fan for me. The apartment itself was well equipped (in the kitchen as well as washing machine) and the bed was super comfy. The location is also quite nice as you can reach the city by walking, the castle is just near by and also the tram and metro station is next door. As it is a central spot, you might not get the calm during the night (taxi, tram, tourist..) (I stayed there for a month and it is definitely not too bad.)
