Great stay!

The hosts are very attentive. When we arrived late at night, we found the double bed in the living room already made up for us, which was a very kind gesture. They are flexible with check-in and check-out times for us. I think that's important. The location is excellent, and the house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended for a stay in Budapest.

Dobrá lokalita, pěkný byt, milí majitelé

Beautiful flat and a lovely host.

I have lived in the same apartment at my second time in Budapest and i'll look for an opportunity to rent again whenever i am in the city. A flat with all needs and a magnificent view of liberty bridge. 11 out of 10.

Nice and quiet location, close to metro and the city centre. Good communication with the host.

Great place, great owner

Excellent, great communication.

Immer einfache Kommunikation, sehr hilfreich, gerne wieder

We had an exceptional stay in this Valencia flat. The host was incredibly responsive from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded expectations — spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It genuinely felt more like staying in a boutique hotel than a rental. Everything was brand new, high quality, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and elevated experience. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

The appartement was perfect and and the owner was really very responsive and pleasant.

Wonderful appartment in a calm street with many things on walking distance or close to a metro station (Kálvin tér). Good and clear communication with the renting office. The appartment has everything you need to live comfortably.

👍

A great place to stay!
Lovely unit and excellent location. A few minutes walk from the center of Vila Nova de Gaia, Lusi I bridge, Metro stations, shopping areas, etc. The neighborhood is quiet. The rooms are exactly as described in the photos. The amenities are prepared well for guest to stay comfortably. Sonia is professional and easy to communicate with. She always responded to my question/request as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place!

tutto super!

Excellent location very lovely place to stay. Highly recommended

Logement propre et récent, fidèle aux photos et bien situé,
Très bon accueil du propriétaire,
Je recommande !

Johannes was a gracious host, accommodating and responsive to my queries. He prepared an extension cable upon request, replaced batteries for the weighing scale, and collected the fan for fixing when I informed him that it's not working.

The flat itself was well lit during the day, unobstructed by other buildings, adequately equipped for basic cooking needs, washing laundry, TV, and soaking in the tub.
If I must mention one downside, is that the pillows were not very suitable for sleeping, they seem more like couch cushions, and the towels were quite small. Small things that can easily be fixed.

Prime location due to its connectivity in a generally peaceful area, not smacked in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Big plus: The building has a reception area where they will help receive parcels when you're not in. Staff (in particular, the elderly gentleman was so pleasant although I do not speak Czech) were friendly and helpful.
Happy to return for my next trip.

Krásný byt s okny do vnitrobloku, lokace byla ideální. V ubytování je vše, co člověk potřebuje, včetně varné desky (kuchyň je trochu větší než na fotkách). Self check-in i check-out, rychlá komunikace. Vyřešily jsme i zapomenuté hodinky, moc děkuji :)

very good convenient location place, delivered what it said in description and photos, fresh and clean, good and pleasant communication with the owner

Excellent location, convenient to the tram, grocery stores, and a local park and playground. Jakub responded to all communication promptly, even during our late night check in and an early morning concern.
