Great apartment for digital nomades in the city center with fast 100mbit/s internet and close to the sea (approximately 10 minutes walk).

We were living here for a month and also working remotely.

The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes away.

We highly recommend this appartment!

Naprostá spokojenost! Paní majitelka byla neuvěřitelně milá, ochotná a vstřícná – pomohla mi opravdu ve všem, co jsem potřebovala. Její přístup byl 100% profesionální, ale zároveň velmi lidský a srdečný. Cítila jsem se tam jako doma. Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a nic nechybělo. Opravdu moc děkuji za vše a vřele doporučuji každému, kdo hledá nejen krásné místo k přespání, ale i úžasnou péči! 🌟

I spent 3 months in the flat. The flat is as it appears in the photos, equipped with everything. Quiet condominium, tram stop right below. 10-15 minutes walk to central station and the centre.
Owner very helpful.

It is a lovely home, perfectly decorated and equipped for two people to stay, we cooked at home as well as eating out, beautiful light, and ideal for working from home too! Cosy but with just enough space. The area is very central so perfect for getting around easily, the only comment is to be a little cautious on that road, especially if travelling alone, because there were many night dwellers, some harmless, but can also be a little noisy at night. Luckily the windows block out most of the noise.
Other than that it was perfect! I would stay again!

Veľmi príjemná skúsenosť.
Šárka bola počas celého môjho pobytu u nej milá, nápomocná, zhovievavá.
Nemala som s ňou žiaden problém.
Taktiež ubytovanie hodnotím veľmi pozitívne - útulná, postačujúca izba.
Ako pozitívum je poloha bytu. Je blízko k centru, cesta verejnou dopravou netrvá dlho. Okolie je bohaté na rôzne obchodíky rôzneho druhu a tiež reštaurácie z každej svetovej kuchyni.
Toto ubytovanie vrelo odporúčam :)

I stayed for 6 months in Room 4 during my Erasmus exchange. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the Obelisco campus (where I studied) and less than a minute away from the HiperDino supermarket. It is also very easy to reach both the historic district (Vegueta) and the modern area around Las Canteras by bus.
The flat itself is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. I had the pleasure of living with friendly and respectful flatmates, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The landlords were always easy to reach and helpful whenever needed.

I enjoyed my stay here immensely. The location was great, right close to the beach, various stores including a grocery store and only a 25 minute bus ride away from the main center of Malaga. The bus ride costs only 0.59 cents per ride when you have a consorcio bus card that you can get and refill at any tabbaco shop.

It was a comfortable stay overall and I can't complain about anything. I highly recommend staying here.

A casa de forma geral é boa, bem equipada, com uma localização boa, bem ventilada. A parte ruim é o cheiro de cigarro que estava empregnada em toda a casa, principalmente nos corredores. E quando se abria as janelas entravam muitos mosquitos. A cortina do banheiro também dificulta o banho, porque fica o tempo inteiro entrando no box. Tirando esses detalhes, a estadia foi boa.

The apartment itself is just perfect for one person for work purposes. It is located in a very convenient environment in Holešovice with very easy access to trams and metro line C.
The apartment is very sunny and creates a cozy athmosphere.

Petronela is an absolutely exceptional host. She was extremely responsive to any comment and was very helpful any moment I had a question or a concern. Strongly recommended (for one person or a couple).

First of all, the host, Tomas, is a great guy, always available and never failed to help/assist us, no matter the situation. Everything we needed help with was done in a heartbeat and with a smile. Great location between 2 beautiful parks, next to a shopping mall with almost everything you need and with good tram connection day and night. The flat itself is okay. The main room is spacious and the bed is comfy, the kitchen is quite small and for us (a couple that cooks a lot) just not fully satisfactory (it is manageable, oven, stove and microwave available, but really tiny space), the bathroom and separate toilet are nice. Big plus for the washing machine. All in all great for a midterm stay.

A wonderful stay here in Campo de Ourique. Apartment is well located to access the hustle and bustle whilst being in quiet neighbourhood. All modern appliances, clean and tidy and no issues. Host welcomed us on the first day and was helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
