Hello, I am the owner's son and my name is Rui Ferreira and it is under my responsibility that the management of this apartment in the tourist market of Lisbon is carried out.
After 30 years working as head of Organization, Compliance and IT at one of Siemens' factories in Portugal, I am currently working in the real estate sector.
For your stay in Lisbon to go as smoothly as possible, an important part of this purpose is the accommodation and that's why this apartment was prepared and decorated to offer quality and well-being in medium-term stays.
I hope that everything goes perfectly, on my part they have that commitment.
Greetings and welcome.
Rui Ferreira

The apartment is fine with all the necessary things provided.
If you value your privacy, you should keep the windows closed.
However, the surrounding area is not in the best neighborhood.

Rui is super-friendly and helpful. Excellent host overall, do recommend.
The apartment is clean, the electronics is new, all the necessities are there and in excellent condition.
Be mindful of the location - it's a pretty touristy place.

Rui was an exceptional host, supporting every need I had and responding almost instantly. He was constantly asking if everything was ok and if I had any wishes he could fulfill to improve my experience in the apartment. Therefore, I can recommend his apartment for everyone looking for a short-term rent.

you NEED to go to Odaan. It is by far the best Indian restaurant I have ever visited. Try the butter chicken and mango chicken. If you feel very hungry, also the Samosa Chat. You're welcome.

Sousedství
Multicultural, vibrant yet silent and quiet at night. Family friendly since it has a little square where you can sit outside.
