O mně

Hello everyone, my name is Nedo and I live in the most beautiful city in the world– Split!

I can describe myself as an open-minded, communicative, and warm person. My job takes me all around the world, which is something I deeply enjoy as it allows me to discover new cultures, learn about different traditions, and make lifelong friends. When I am back home, I cherish spending my free time with my family in nature. I am passionate about hiking and fishing, but above all, I love swimming and having fun with my grandchildren at one of the many beautiful beaches Split has to offer.

Over the years, we have had the absolute pleasure of hosting a diverse range of guests from all corners of the globe, including families, international students, and digital nomads who stay with us for months at a time. We always do our best to meet our guests' needs, accommodate special requests, and go the extra mile to ensure their stay is seamless. Our guests have consistently been highly satisfied with their stay. In fact, one of the compliments we receive most often is that our photos and descriptions are 100% accurate and true-to-life—what you see online is exactly the comfort you will experience in person.

We invite you to experience Split while staying in a fully equipped apartment that was thoughtfully designed for long-term living, not just short-term renting. Because of this, you will find all the comforts, tools, and details of a real home, allowing you to settle in and relax immediately.

In addition to the apartment's premium amenities, its location is ideal and exceptionally convenient for an effortless lifestyle. You will be situated close to absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance or a short drive, you will find modern gyms, excellent coworking spaces (perfect for remote work), 24/7 pharmacies, comprehensive medical services, and physical therapy clinics. Whether you are here for a vacation, studying, or working remotely, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

I warmly invite you to visit our beautiful city and experience true Dalmatian hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home!

Great apartment for remote work with fast internet and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner is really friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Sousedství
The apartment is located right in the city center, so everything is within easy reach. The only downside is the limited number of parking spaces.

Everything was perfect ! the apartment is very well located in a quiet area and 15 minutes walk from everything. Transport and supermarkets are also right next door. In addition, the apartment is spacious, well lit and really well equipped, we had a wonderful stay in ERASMUS with my room partner
