Cozy flat with everything one needs for a longer stay. Located in a lively neighborhood Principe Real. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to many attractions. Caretaker is very responsive. Cleanliness could be improved though.

My husband and I stayed in Stephane’s apartment last month, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the landlord put a lot of thought into ensuring the comfort of the tenants, which we really appreciated. Stephane and Martha are also incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in an excellent location close to the Metro, restaurants, shops and all the nightlife. Stephane was always very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I may have had.

The Bairro Alto has a dual personality. It is a very quiet neighborhood during the day but becomes very alive at night.

It was a very enjoyable stay in Stephane's appartment. It's well located in a good district of Lisbon. The appartment is nicely decorated, very functional, and has everything which might be needed to make the stay comfortable.
Stephane and Marta were always very resonsive and helpfull.

Our stay at the property was lovely. The property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive. The apartment is in a prime location and was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend staying here.

A lively and fun environment, nightlife hub. Can be loud at night and on weekends, we found it fine to sleep. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable distance to major areas in the city.

A lovely , clean bright space with lots of natural light and windows. Something I personally have to have when living in a space for longer periods of time. Perfect for a single person or couple. :) Stephane and Marta were great with communication which seems to be a rare find these days with hospitality and rentals. Easy unit to clean, nice big shower, ample bedroom cupboard space (another +). Situated in a nice quiet suburb in a small apartment block - perfect for those wanting a peaceful, mature stay. Has everything you need to live simply. I was super happy living here and will return 100%. Thank you so much for having me Stephane! :) See you soon!

Quaint, peaceful yet bustling in the centre of Lisbon. Numerous restaurants and shops in close proximity. Lovely green parks near by. Traditional Tram just a few minutes away. Safe and clean.

Nice two bedroom flat in the center of bairro alto. Can get lound outside on weekends but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a great location. Quiet on the street at night and safe neighborhood. The wi-fi could be spotty and I mentioned this at the end so hopefully they can fix it before the next person moves in. Otherwise, no issues at all. We enjoyed our stay here and Stéphane was a great and communicative host!

On top of the hill so when walking down, be ready to walk back up. It's got colorful buildings and right next to a main street.

Boubou's Sandwich Club, everything on the menu is excellent here. Pequeño just next to the apartment has some very nice healthy dishes and I would frequently come here during the day for their delicious baked goods and a coffee.

Absolutely lovely flat, in an amazing area, right in the heart of Principle Reale. Check in and out was easy, and the flat is so well kept, really cant recommend enough!

Stephane was a very kind and responsive host, and his property manager was lovely to deal with as well. I am already missing the apartment’s incredible views, light, and peace and quiet. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful as well. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

The place is lovely and exactly what it looks like on the pictures. It’s beautiful and very central! The wifi is good and works fine for 2 people working remotely full time. Stephanie has a lovely neighbour who looks after everything and is the main point of contact, she was absolutely brilliant, very response and always there if we need anything! We stayed for a month and it was lovely!

It’s a very busy and loud neighbourhood, lots of people around celebrating and enjoying the buzz of bairo alto. Ubers and free nows are readily available and transport is not far at all. It’s a 10 min walk to the main train station from where you can enjoy day trips to cascais or sintra. I would Recommend to not drive in bairo alto as the streets are very narrow and very steep, there is not a lot of parking
