Joshua H.

Hello! my name is Joshua. I'm the son of the apartment’s owner and I personally manage the property to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests. This is not just a rental — it’s a family-owned home, designed to offer comfort, tranquility, and a high standard of living.

The apartment is perfect for long-term stays, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere ideal for individuals, couples, or families. It’s located in one of the safest and most prestigious neighborhoods in Colombia, offering a peaceful environment, excellent surroundings, and easy access to everything you need.

We take great pride in maintaining the apartment in top condition and making our guests feel at home from day one.
