I stayed in the apartment for a month and had a wonderful time!
The flat is situated in a lively area, right in the heart of Budapest. Everything you need is nearby or easily accessible by metro or tram. It’s in a well-maintained old building (but there is a lift). It really has everything you need to feel at home: a well-equipped kitchen, a fully functional bathroom with a washing machine, Wi-Fi and even a desk for working or studying. What’s more, the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. Towels and bed linen were provided.

János really is a welcoming host who looks after the flat well and has provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The fotos and descriptions match what you find in the apartment. I would definitely choose his apartment again and can recommend it everyone who is looking for a midterm stay!

P.S.: The only advice I’d give: as the flat is on the first floor and directly above a busy road, you should wear oropax earplugs to sleep or close the blinds.

Still, it really is a perfect flat for travellers, students or people working remotely! :)

The neighbourhood is known for its many bars, and the street where the flat is located is very busy until late at night. Still you are close to Budapest’s beautiful places, such as St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Danube or Oktogon.

There are many restaurants just a short walk away, a nice café and Budapest’s beautiful architecture where ever you look. Budapest is absolutely worth a visit!

Janos is an amazing host, he provided me with everything I needed for a nice, comfortable stay. 10/10 would definitely come back here again.

It is truly as close to everything as you can want as its next to Deak Ter so getting around via bus or tram or subway is a 2 minute walk from the flat. The neighborhood is in the cute old part of Budapest so its also quite touristy. Its above rhe ground floor so I was never bothered by any noise beneath me.
