Flatio drží vaše peníze až do nastěhování. Pronajímatel dostane zaplaceno až po dni nastěhování, ne dřív.
Tímto uděluji společnosti Flatio, s.r.o., IČ: 03888703, sídlo Dominikánské náměstí 187/5, 602 00 Brno, dle zákona č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů a podle Nařízení EU č. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) souhlas se zpracováním mých osobních údajů: jméno a příjmení, datum narození, trvalé bydliště a kontaktní adresa, telefonní číslo, e-mail, informace z mého profilu (pole Představení se nájemníkovi a Koníčky) a to pro účely uzavírání budoucích nájemních smluv v systému Flatio®. My name is Kimja, and I've been working for international organizations remotely for several years. My apartment is therefore designed in function of remote work, with stable internet. It is located in the city centre of Faro, at 2 min from one of the entrances of the castle, and walking distance from shops, cafés and plenty of restaurants around. There is also a large free parking at half a block away, 15-20 min walk to the bus and trainstation and 5 min walk to the dock where the taxiboats leave to the beach.
As for the relief work I do I often am out of the country for several weeks, I am renting out my small apartment for limited times. It is my home that I open up to others, it is not an airbnb or a hotel, so it does not include services like cleaning or specific things.

Kimja foi super simpática durante toda a estadia. O apartamento é bem agradável e bem conservado. O acesso foi tranquilo. Gostamos bastante.

UNBEATABLE location, UNBEATABLE balcony . This is how I would descrive my 3 weeks staying in a nutshell.
You're definitely in Faro downtown but away from the noise and mess : 5 min walking ( or even less) from everything and every place of central Faro .
But actually this apartment is more than that : It's bright, cosy, it's stylishly furnished, and the large balcony is incredibly comfortable: large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing in the evenings, staring at the stars in the summer while enjoying a drink. And when the weather gets too hot, well, a perfect air conditioning system throughout the house helps you sleep well. All of this made the time fly by, pleasantly.
The apartment has plenty of amenities (including a washing machine), so you'll have no problem staying there for a while.
The plus is the prompt support from Kimja (the owner), who is always kind and transparent in her communication.
Well, if I were to return to Faro, this would definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

Tanto Kim como su propiedad son una perfecta opción para alojarse en Faro. Está ha sido mi lugar fijo por casi 1 mes y ya la sentía mi casa. Al salir ya la extrañaba. Podía ir caminando a cualquier sitio de Faro, tenía cerca un estacionamiento gratis para dejar mi coche. La vista desde el balcón fue muy relajante (y divertida en momentos) para mi. Recomendable? 100% Pude hacer teletrabajo de forma eficiente usando un 2do monitor. Todo perfecto!! Pude conocer todo el Algarve y hasta llegué a ir a Lisboa y regresar el mismo día. Todo eso lo permite esta locación. Ahh.. y tiene cerca sitios históricos de interés y el muelle para ir a las playas.. está de 100!
