I deeply respect the work of scholars, researchers, writers, and independent professionals.
I host a fully furnished oceanfront apartment near Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka, Japan — designed for calm, productive, and meaningful long stays. The space is especially well suited for remote work, writing projects, research visits, sabbaticals, and quiet personal retreats.
Guests enjoy panoramic views of Suruga Bay, a dedicated workspace with monitor, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, and a peaceful setting well away from crowded tourist areas.
I value privacy, reliability, and clear communication. I am happy to assist with local guidance, practical support, and station pickup when possible.
My goal is simple: to offer a comfortable and inspiring place where guests can live well, focus deeply, and do their best work in Japan. Feel free to send a message even if you're just curious or not fully decided yet — I'm always glad to answer questions before you commit to anything.
