We are María Mesa and Daniel Pardo, corporate branding strategists and consultants, travellers and design enthusiasts. We manage LOFTY, a collection of loft-style apartments in La Salle, Chapinero Alto—named by Time Out as the seventh coolest neighbourhood in the world in 2026. It is a vibrant area surrounded by cafés, restaurants, galleries, universities and business districts.
Each LOFTY apartment combines contemporary architecture, quality, thoughtful design and careful attention to detail. Our spaces are fully equipped for stays of one to twelve months.
Spanish is our first language, and we can communicate comfortably in English.
