Hello! My name is Sepideh, and I offer comfortable, fully furnished accommodation in Ortaköy, Beşiktaş, Istanbul.
I have two rooms available for rent in my home. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, oven, stove, and refrigerator.
The monthly rent includes water, electricity, natural gas, internet, and apartment maintenance fees, so there are no additional monthly utility charges.
I also have a cat at home, so I am looking for tenants who love and feel comfortable around cats.
If you are looking for a welcoming place to stay in Istanbul, please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to answer your questions!
