Great location and overall conditions!
The only one less positive thing to point out is that there is some humidity in the rooms but it is somehow normal in an Island and not so impactful in the end.

We loved our stay in this flat in Ponta Delgada. We were there for only 11 days, but wished to be longer. highly recommended and excellent value for money

A proprietária esteve sempre disponível e foi muito atenciosa durante a minha estadia que incluía pessoas idosas e filhos. The owner was always available and was very attentive during my stay, which included elderly people and children.
