Filipe was very flexible with check in and check out. He met us in person for both. The apartment is as described although the listing says an oven and there is no oven, only a cook top and microwave. We stayed a
month so it was workable to cook great meals without the oven. The location is great, bus stop outside the door and only a few blocks from beach, Spar and Intermarche grocery stores and tons of
shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Neighborhood is safe. We walked both during the day and night, even on the beach.

Around good restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, as well as nearby supermarkets. I highlight the restaurant “Coelho”, on the next street and also the pizzeria “The third place”, right under the building.
