Ví hodně o hlavním městě. Velmi milý a veselý chlapík.
Majitel bytu, pan Prusek, je velmi ochotný a především vstřícný vůči nájemcům. Vychází vstříc požadavkům a má zájem o spokojenost nájemců. Bydlení je tam navíc opravdu velmi pěkné.
The owner of the apartment, Mr. Prusek, is very helpful and especially accommodating to tenants. It meets demands and is interested in tenant satisfaction. Moreover, living is really very nice there.
