The best thing about this apartment is the neighborhood. It’s a great neighborhood with lots of cool restaurants and parks nearby. It’s a local neighborhood so there’s not a lot of tourist crowds. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to walk to the touristy part of Prague, which was fine for me since I live in New York City and I love walking. There also is a tram line just outside the apartment if you want to take public transportation. As for the apartment itself, it could’ve been cleaner. I had to sweep the floors on my own when I arrived. Also, because it’s in a basement, there was a very strong scent of mildew/mold. The space is safe. It’s actually a very interesting space architecturally with a vaulted ceiling. The hot water in the shower and kitchen is great. Other than the dirty floors and the smell, it was fine for me for the seven nights that I spent there. As for the host, he responds quickly, but doesn’t really speak English. I didn’t have a problem with that. The Wi-Fi network that is listed on the card inside of the apartment doesn’t actually exist so I had to go upstairs to the store that he operates to get the true Wi-Fi network. That wasn’t such a big deal either. Anyway, if you want to stay in a really great neighborhood for an affordable price this is a good apartment, but you need to go into it knowing that it could be cleaner and there’s a strong smell of mold/mildew.

The location was excellent and the apartment itself had everything one needs. I stayed for about 5 weeks and it was a good place to come to rest. The only thing is that it is a basement apartment, so there isn't a lot of natural light and it is a bit humid. It was fine for me, but it is something to take into account. For a few days or a week, it is a great place to stay and explore Prague from.

It is very close to the old town and there are a lot of great parks, restaurants and other facilities around there.

Mr. Zubek is an excellent host. Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights as we were meeting our friend in the city. The space is comfy and centre is very near, accessible by foot, if you don't mind 15-20 min of walking. I would definitely recommend this place.

All it was good în general but the problem is a lott of Ants you cant let somethink in the table îs Full of ants everywhere !

Mr. Zubek is very friendly and helpful. Though we couldn't communicate in one language (I don't speak Czech and he doesn't speak English), we always managed to sort things out through google translator. His business is just downstairs and he is a hardworking, honest man. I recommend :)
