Very nice apartment for short and long term rentals.

The apartment was true to the annonce. However the shower glass is broken and cleaning was not perfect which was unpleasant. The location was perfect, easy to access every point in Prague with metro tram or buses and very pleasant district.

Classy neighborhood, the street is vary calm at night. Lot of good restaurants and easy accès to supermarkets.

Cozy and modern apartment with beautifully located by a park. Very good access to the city center, as the apartment is right next to a bus stop. The apartment manager is very helpful and nice.

The place is very commutable and easy access to city center. Very nice and cozy apartment with a nice balcony. I had a comfortable stay.

Flat good for short stays. You will find groceries and public transport stops just 1 min away from apt.
Don’t like that flat a little bit “tired” but on pictures you can’t see this

Our flat had all the equipment's and comfort required to make our stay very cozy and memorable. The owner Jiri was very supporting and understanding with our needs. He was very prompt in addressing any issue. Its a spacious flat with a very big balcony offering mesmerizing views and a fully equipped kitchen.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The area can be quite busy with tourists, but is within walking distance to many attractions in Prague, which is quite convenient.

The flat is really nice. Really clean. All you need to cook is available. Everything is working well.

The bathroom is great. The balcony is also big and nice.
Perfectly located in a safe area, with the tram stop at 1 minute walk.
Communication with the agency was perfect. Extremely reactive and nice :)

2 things that should be improved to make it 100% perfect :
1. The bed is composed of 2 separate matress. One of them has a big big hole so you can not sleep on it. If you are just 1 person it is not a problem.. But if you are 2, make sure they change the 2nd matress.

2. In the room there are some spots where the painting on the wall could be refresh. Not a big deal of course !

I recommand you this flat at any case ;)

Príjemný byt, fajn lokace

The attention to detail in making the apartment readily available was as excellent as it gets. The landlord made sure that everything that was advertised was as neat as possible in a very professional manner. If something was out of place he would solve the situation as fast as possible. The only main problem came when we needed contract documentation to get a temporal resident permit, we tried for 3 months to get the appropriate documentation to deliver to the ministry of interior and the cooperation with the landlord was quite deplorable and we did not receive the final document and had to send a letter to cancel the application and leave the country. So, unless you need a resident permit, the experience is a 10/10.

It has a good super market very close, 2 minutes walk. The back part of the building had a path for pedestrians surrounded by nature and people would take walks and go with skateboards and children. The street in front of the building was in construction for most of the time but the noise isolation was actually amazing, if you close the windows you almost don't hear a thing.

Skvělá lokace v centru, přes noc i přes blízkost hromadné dopravy klid. Byt je moderní a čistý, postel pohodlná. Komunikace s majitelem perfektní, ve všem vyšel vstříc (podařilo se mi zamknout klíče v bytě, majitel za 20 minut přijel a vpustil mě zpět dovnitř). Celkově naprostá spokojenost

Very cozy flat, perfect refuge for my 2 week work assignment in Prague. Well equipped with all you need and I especially appreciated the location and underground parking space.

Skvělá domluva. Bydlení čisté a útulné. Vřele doporučuji.

Super majitel, skvělej přístup a úžasnej byt.

Byt vypadal přesně tak, jak bylo popsáno. Spolupráce s majitelem byla rychlá, jasná a přehledná. Vyšel nám vždy vstříc a jednal otevřeně a narovinu. Lokalita je tichá a čistá. Autobusová zastávka hned u vchodu, 30 min do centra Prahy. Byt byl v perfektním stavu. Neměli jsme nikdy s ničím problém.

Tichá, čistá a bezpečná lokalita. Jednoduše se sem dostanete MHD přímo před vchod. Kousek od domu je řeka podél které se dá procházet. Do centra 30 min MHD.
