The apparent overall was amazing, great view, a lot of space, totally would recommend for the big company, you basically have everything you need. Really liked the place of it, not far away from the city center, small shop down the street, public transport not far away from the flat.

The apartment is great, wonderful location and spacious. There were some maintenance issues with the place that never got resolved despite multiple requests. Others did get resolved after complaints were made.

Tranquil area. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Many designer furniture stores nearby as well as offices so during the day has a nice amount of movement.

Great staff which helps you when you need them. The apartment is located in good district with many groceries and transport infrastructure around.

It's such a shame that this flat with so much potential is so poorly equipped.
I've never paid so much for a "furnished" flat and had so little.
the location is great and the unit itself is great and new and big but it was so frustrating to not have more furniture and basic items.
no TV, no microwave (although they brought one a few days later, which however was missing Rotating platter so it was useless) no drying rack for clothes, no drying rack for dishes, (dishwasher was broken) only a couch in the living room which would sit 3. Iron came a few days later however no Ironing board to be able to iron. No clothes hangars, not even a Broom or a Mop to clean the floors.
Bathtub on main floor did not hold water.
hope they spend some money and do some repairs because it is a potentially nice stay.

I přes některé komplikace které s námi ze začátku byli ( stížnosti na nepořádek na společné chodbě od pracovní obuvy) byla vždy domluva s pronajímateli velice dobrá. A bydlení naprosto plnilo svůj účel.

Poznámka k bezpečnosti, přímo v ulici nám vykradli auto a i navzdory kamerovemu systému se policii nepodařilo nikoho vypátrat.

Everything was as offered. Excellent response from the landlord at the few and simple issues we had. The apartment is very comfortable and is situated in an excellent place. Trams, metro, supermarkets and all kinds of restaurants and shops. Absolutely recomendable.

Only 15 minutes in tram to downtown. Beautiful and secure neighborhood. We could come back again.

Wow! We love Prague. There are so many interesting places to visit, that I can't think in anyone specifics now. Simply walk to anywhere, and you'll find something interesting. One recommendation: try to see the movie "Operation Antropoid" (you can find it at YouTube) and then go to Saint Cirilus and Methodius church. The memorial in there is astonishing.

Ivan’s place exceeds expectations. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean and in a very good location which is close to public transportation. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Overall communication with the landlord was fantastic. Ivan is always quick to respond. I recommend staying in this apartment.

Один из лучших районов, большая, теплая квартира, приятный дом ( подъезд, спуск в подземный паркинг) и терраса на крыше. Очень приятная девочка которая заселила, она всегда была доступна и отвечала на все вопросы. Но в самой квартире часть мебели была очень поношена или совсем сломана ( 2 стула из 4-х просто разваливались), фен не работал, посуда была очень старой ( сковородка, чайник) и на просьбу заменить сказали что можно попробовать, но что вся остальная посуда которая у них есть примерно в том же состоянии. Если честно не очень понимаю как в квартире которая сдается за 2к $ можно экономить на сковородке.
На паркинге, который стоил дорого даже для этого района (3тыс крон в месяц) моя машина была постоянно обсыпана побелкой из дырки в потолке

У меня была крайняя квартира и дальше дом прилагал к соседнему заброшенному дому, похоже там живут бомжи

Apartment very well located, 20 minutes walk from the center of Prague, very good restaurants around, main supermarkets less than a street away. metro and tram station less than 5 minutes. the apartment was fine with all the amenities.

I'll start with the fact that the owner of the apartment is a good person.
There are disadvantages to the apartment.
When I arrived, I was accommodated not in the apartment I was booking, but in another. It is smaller in size and is designed not for 6 people, but for 3.
It was stated that the apartment has a TV, but there was not even a TV. When I told about it, I was promised to bring a TV, but no one brought anything.
The apartment was dirty and not cleaned. Trash full bucket and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to clean everything myself.
Towels were given only on the second day only after I asked for towels.
When I drove into the apartment, no one handed it to me, only the keys were given. And when I was leaving, an employee came and started looking for various damages. He took pictures and said that after me there were some injuries on the floor and on the bed, but they were there. Take photos of all the damage as soon as you enter the apartment, so that later you are not blamed for what was damaged long ago.
