This our family's apartment and we would like to rent it out while we travel. It is 80m2 and ideal for a couple or a family of three or four.
It is renovated and furnished to high standards and it has everything you would ever need. Washing machine, dishwasher included as well as high-performance A/C, electronic shutters and floor heating.
There are 3 rooms:
- 1 huge living room with smart TV+sound projector
- 2 bedrooms:
- 1st bedroom is the master bedroom with queen size bed + a huge wardrobe
- 2nd bedroom is a bedroom with a mezzanine (it has currently a child bed on the ground and a double bed on the mezzanine).
Separate bathroom and toilet with high-performance fans, and a separate kitchen totally equipped with everything you would ever need for cooking.
There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs in the neighborhood.
Since this is our own place we would really appreciate guests who can take care of it. Please note that no parties are allowed in the flat.
Therefore the flat would fit best for a family of 3 or 4.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
