Step into a bright, sun-drenched living area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and peaceful, leafy views. This open, modern space is designed for ultimate relaxation after a day at the nearby beaches or thermal springs. Hosting extra guests? Both the elegant cream sofa and the stylish charcoal sofa easily convert into comfortable beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy cozy movie nights or catch up on the news with the large flat-screen TV and sleek media console. The thoughtful layout provides plenty of space to unwind, while the minimalist design and natural light create a calming environment—perfect whether you're kicking back on the sofa or taking a quick remote work call.

Prepare your favorite meals in this stunning, open-plan modern kitchen and dining area. Flooded with natural light from the expansive glass doors, this space features sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a beautiful wood dining table. The spacious layout is perfect for entertaining or spreading out your laptop and notes for a productive work session.

Wake up to stunning, uninterrupted nature views through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. This bright, tranquil bedroom serves as your personal sanctuary. It features floor-length curtains for a perfect night's rest, comfortable twin beds that can be configured to suit your needs, and a cozy modern accent chair that is perfect for reading or simply taking in the lush green surroundings.

Take in the lush, green surroundings of St. St. Constantine and Helena right from the chic charcoal sofa. Positioned perfectly by the glass doors, it offers direct access to the balcony for a breath of fresh air. Just like the cream one, this sofa also transforms into a cozy bed to accommodate your group's needs.

The plush, cream-colored sofa offers a comfortable spot to read, sip your morning coffee around the beautiful solid wood table, or simply take in the garden views. Remember, this sofa folds out into a spacious bed, maximizing the apartment's comfort and capacity

Dine under elegant pendant lighting while enjoying tranquil views of the surrounding greenery. The seamless flow from the modern kitchen to the dining area—featuring plush green velvet chairs—and out to the balcony creates an airy, relaxing atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home.

The fully equipped, minimalist kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable mid-term or short stay. Kickstart your morning with the Nespresso coffee machine, toast some fresh local bread, or cook up a feast using the modern induction stovetop and built-in oven.

Ample counter space and a deep, modern sink make meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The kitchen’s clean lines, handleless design, and striking black accents create a clutter-free, premium environment that is both highly functional and stylish.

Gather around the warm, wood-grain dining table for a shared meal or a quiet morning coffee. Thoughtful touches like woven placemats and comfortable seating make this a welcoming, homey spot to enjoy local Bulgarian delicacies or host new friends.

Unpack and settle in effortlessly. The bedroom boasts a massive, floor-to-ceiling minimalist wardrobe, providing ample storage space—an absolute must-have for digital nomads on a mid-term stay or guests traveling with extra luggage. The soft, neutral color palette and clean lines ensure a calming, clutter-free environment where you can truly unwind.

It is all in the thoughtful details. Wind down in the evenings with a good book under the warm glow of the bedside lamp, set upon a chic brass pedestal table. The plush, upholstered headboard, premium linens, and stylish accent pillows guarantee a comfortable and restorative sleep, ensuring you are refreshed and ready for tomorrow's work or beach adventures.
