Located on the first floor with elevator access, this space has four bedrooms, three doubles and one single, perfect for groups or families looking for comfort and space. With two full bathrooms, it offers all the convenience you need for your daily life.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals and connects harmoniously with the dining and living room, creating an ideal environment to share moments and relax. The living room has a TV so you can enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.

Among the amenities, you will find air conditioning and heating for your comfort in any season, high-speed wifi so you can connect without worries, and linens, towels, and basic toiletries included so you feel at home.

HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and then transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero. Get off at Moncloa station, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Embajadores station and walk in the provided direction.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Sol station, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Embajadores station and walk in the provided direction.

From Chamartín:Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Sol station, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Embajadores station and walk in the provided direction.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The nearest metro station is Embajadores (Lines 3 and 5).

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
