Apartment located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 75m2. Has a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and two suite-type bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other one with two beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Also has a furnished terrace. Marble floors and centralized air conditioning throughout the apartment. Additionally, we offer covered parking on the -1 floor of the building.
The apartment includes cooking basics (oil, salt, vinegar), as well as coffee capsules. Cleaning products such as laundry soap and dishwasher detergent are provided as well, making easier for you to start your stay quickly and effortlessly.
Located in a frontline development on Playa de las Piletas, the apartment is fully equipped. It features one bedroom with a 150x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has two beds measuring 90x190, also with an en-suite bathroom. The living room and sitting area include a dining space and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. All kinds of utensils and essentials are provided upon arrival. The terrace has a seating area and a dining table. The apartment comes with its own underground parking.
The luxury development is located on the frontline of the beach with direct access to Playa de las Piletas. It offers a seasonal swimming pool (April to October), a paddle tennis court (reservation required), well-maintained and landscaped gardens throughout the year. Our check-in is always in person, so it's necessary to inform us of your arrival time to coordinate entry into the apartment. We will hand over the keys and explain how everything works.
The Piletas beach neighborhood offers nearby services such as the 'Sociedad de Carreras de Caballos de Sanlucar', where you can take horse riding lessons or enjoy its social club. There are beachfront 'chiringuitos', bars, supermarkets, and everything you need for your stay. The promenade has a bike lane and is the ideal space for running, walking, or practicing your favorite sport. The famous horse races take place right in front of the apartment. It's easy to get around Sanlucar, and the Cabildo Square is a 15-minute walk away. The seaside promenade starts from the apartment and takes you to Bajoguia, where you can enjoy the best gastronomy in Sanlúcar.
Check-in
Our check-in process is personal, with regular opening hours from 15:00h to 21:00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance in order to set the most convenient time for you.
Check out is until 11:00h, but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.
Outside the established times we have the following rates:Late Check in : arrival after 21:00h implements a cost of 30€ until 23.00, then 10€ will be added for each additional hour.Late check out (departure after 11.00) and early check in (arrival before 15.00) will incur an extra cost which you can consult with us.The flat has a tourist license.
Pets-
We will accept your pet on request; you should always ask and inform us in advance about the breed, size and age, as a supplement per day will be applied, to be paid in cash at check-in.Any damage or additional cleaning will be at the guest's expense, and will be taken from the security deposit.
