Purpose of the Stay: The property is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourism and not as a permanent residence.2. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Subletting or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent.3. Restrictions: The tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Community rules must be respected.4. Payment: Rent is paid in advance, as outlined in the booking details and through the Airbnb platform.5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is delivered in good condition. At the end of the stay, the tenant must return it in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.
