Located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Villasimius, this beautifully renovated flat is the ideal choice for those seeking elegance and comfort in a refined setting. The interiors, designed by an interior designer, offer tasteful rooms, fine furniture and state-of-the-art appliances. Perfect for those who want to stay in a modern and refined space, close to the sea and main amenities.
OUTSIDE AREA
The flat is located on the second floor of a condominium situated towards the end of the village, in a very quiet but central location. Just outside, the area is well served by shops, bars and restaurants, which can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. If you need to park your car, there is a convenient free car park about 200 metres away. From June to September, parking is subject to a charge.
LIVING AREA
As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by the wonderful, spacious and cosy living area, equipped with a comfortable relaxation area with a sofa (convertible into a bed, perfect for accommodating two extra people) and a smart TV for watching your favourite programmes. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, vacuum cleaner and even a built-in Bluetooth charging socket for mobile devices. The kitchen is completed by a spacious dining table with chairs, ideal for meals with friends and family, electric blinds and fast Wi-Fi that is perfect for smart workes.
BEDROOMS
The sleeping area consists of two elegant suites, each with a private bathroom and balcony:
- The first double bedroom is bright, furnished with simple, refined taste, with a double bed, wardrobes and access to a private balcony.
- The second triple bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or small groups. Here too, we find quality furnishings and a private balcony.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, USB sockets near the bedside tables and high-end materials that guarantee comfort and harmony in the spaces. There is also a convenient washing machine in the hallway between the bedrooms.
BATHROOMS
Each room has a private, modern and functional en-suite bathroom with contemporary finishes. The bathrooms include a spacious shower with adjustable jet, an elegant washbasin with backlit mirror, toilet and bidet. Warm lighting and carefully chosen coverings contribute to creating a relaxing and harmonious environment.
The veranda is covered and equipped with tables and chairs so you can enjoy the Sardinian sun even in winter.
There is no private parking, but it is easy to find a spot near the house.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, everything was truly perfect from start to finish.
The apartment is exactly as described (if not even better): modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It felt comfortable right away and truly like a home away from home.
The location is great as well, quiet but still very convenient to explore Villasimius at a relaxed pace.
Cristina was an amazing host. Kind, responsive, and always helpful. Communication was easy and everything was handled with care and attention.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The neighborhood is very peaceful, safe, and charming. It has a relaxed, authentic feel, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the local atmosphere. Everything you need is within easy reach, and it’s a great base to explore Villasimius while still having a quiet place to come back to and unwind.
