A quite, cozy bohemian style 5th floor apartment in the vivid heart of the city with balcony view to the cozy rooftops...
The best cultural places & popular ruin bars are just in a stone's throw!

The apartment is on the top floor in a more than 100-year-old five-storey building, and because the half of the building has just 4 stores, the view to the opposite site's rooftop and chimneys is very fabled. The building itself was built in 1910 so it survived 2 world wars and several smaller and bigger revolutions too... and it shows upon it of course, but it is its unique beauty :)

The apartment has FULL COMFORT, it's AIR-CONDITIONED to cool you down during the hot summer days and has an authentic heating facility to warm you up in the frosty winter.

You can put down your shoes and clothes in the tiny hall, and have rest in the very bright living room, cook a fine dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or wash away the dust of the road in the super clean bathroom.
In the front of the apartment's window there is a small area on the corridor where you can sit down and have your morning coffee too.

Upstairs, on the LOFT there is a DOUBLE BED for 2 person and in case downstairs there is a sofa which can be turned into an extra double bed.

The apartment is 27qm with an 8 qm loft as bedroom.
You are going to get the keys to the WHOLE APARTMENT and to the entrance gate. You can get to the 5th floor’s corridor by ELEVATOR.
The corridor is very peaceful, used only by one dare neighbor and we ,and there is also a little GREEN CORNER BALCONY on the corridor right in front of the window with a little table and chairs to sit down and enjoy the calm evenings between the rooftops.

The apartment is WELL EQUIPPED with everything what you just need during your stay, like;
- shampoo, shower cream, and soap,
- hair dryer
- bed sheets, linens, extra blankets and pillows
- clean towels (we use for towels and bed-linens just nature friendly, natural detergent and softener considering environmental protection and our guests with sensitive or allergic skin)
- toilet papers
- guest slippers
- full kitchen equipment ( unfortunately no oven, but there is toaster and waffle maker too)
- AeroPress® Coffee Maker -TRY IT! :)
- coffee, sugar, salt, spices, oil, some cereal...etc.
- dish-washing liquid
- washing machine with detergent and softener
- free WI-FI spot
- cable TV channels
