Each maisonette offers approximately 40 m² of modern, comfortable living space across two levels.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a built-in refrigerator, cooking facilities, and a washing machine, alongside a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and a 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix.

Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a high-quality mattress, a bathroom, and a spacious, bright dedicated workspace with a large desk, ideal for working remotely, studying, or attending online meetings.

Everything is brand new, from the furniture and appliances to the mattresses and equipment. The properties have been recently completed and are ready to welcome their first guests.
