The apartment is very close to the universities (VET, Metropol, ELTE, Corvinus, BME, Pázmány etc). The transportation is very good, almost every stop is 2-3 minutes away. This nice, friendly, stylish apartment has a small hallway, fully equipped american kitchen, dining area, living room (with desk a chair) , two bedrooms, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bedroom has an orthopedic, king-size bed and clothes rack, chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, a clothes rack, a wardrobe with shelves, a small sofa, a desk with a chair. The windows face the courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is very bright, with large windows and all the necessary amenities.
We use only 100% cotton bed linen, 100% cotton towels.
There are many shops around the apartment, to name just the most important ones, there is a Lidl store 100 m from the apartment, Aldi is right opposite the house, and there is a small shopping center called Europeum, on Blaha Lujza Square.
Excellent location, 5 minutes from the Erkel Theater, 20 minutes from the Oktogon, Terror House, Andrássy Avenue, Opera House, Heroes' Square, Széchenyi Thermal Bath, City Park.
Just a few steps away from the Budapest Jewish Quarter entertainment district, Keleti Railway Station, Blaha Lujza Square, New York Café.
The apartment is located right in the beating heart of the city, so you can be part of not only the dynamism of the place but also its stunning beauty.
Behind the apartment is Rózsák Square, a beautiful park with lots of colorful and fragrant roses, the highlight of which is a truly impressive church. The property is located in the center of Budapest, just a short walk (15 minutes) from Király Street and the Jewish Quarter, where all the nightlife and the best restaurants can be found. The Appartment was really splendid, end even more than this. It is situated in a very comfortable district with walking distance to everywhere: shopping mall, groceries, center sights, Duna river, City park, metro stations and public transportation stops.
The place itself is designed with great love to details, brilliantly clean, light, and has all the necessary staff you may need during your stay.
It has 2 bedrooms, both comfortable and one with a second floor bad, to stay cozy and separated from your mates if needed). A large kitchen designed in a way that you can cook anything you like with comfort.
You can pass your time relaxed, take a bath after work, sleep in a second floor tiny bedroom and all the small details like different candles, Buddha's, pictures on the wall will make you really feel HOME. I stayed in Budapest for 2 months for the work reasons, but i left my home in Ukraine due to war - and thanks to this place I felt finally safe and even happy.
It was a pleasant stay for me, a great experience, I have a strong wish to return here one day.
A separate word about the Landlord Ilona…
She is great, a person with an extremely kind soul, very helpful, cheerful and friendly. She can answer any question and help you to find anything you need in the city and she makes you to feel supported in every situation may occur.

When I started working as a flight attendant in Budapest, I needed an apartment that would be well connected to the airport. Having in mind a well-connected one, it is one from which I can easily get to the airport at any time of the day or night. A place from which various means of transport will often depart. At the same time, I wanted an apartment where I could have a good rest, I would find restaurants with good food in the area, and I would also do the necessary shopping on the way home. And I found the perfect apartment. After crossing the threshold, I felt at home. The owner of the apartment took care of every detail of the decor, made sure that it was cozy and that nothing was missing. The layout of the apartment is brilliant. There are two separate rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a kitchenette and a sofa so comfortable that when you sat down for a chat, it was hard to get up. The bathroom was brilliantly invented - a bathtub. There is nothing better than to come back after a hard day's work, pour yourself a beautifully scented liquid from a nearby drugstore and relax. One of the rooms is a typical ... princess room! It has a mezzanine floor, high enough for easy walking. There is a desk where you can work and a large comfy bed! I think many princesses would like to be locked in such a tower and would not wait for a knight at all; D
I spent the winter so sweetly in the cold half of the year and it was fantastic!
The neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and you can easily walk to the most important places of Budapest in just a few minutes. Around the corner there are restaurants with delicious food. But the best thing to write about is the owner herself - She is an amazing, warm person, full of optimism and always smiling. She made sure that we had everything we needed, and contact with her is pure pleasure. I'll miss.

Pohodlné prodloužení. Chcete zůstat v bytě déle? Není problém. Jestliže má majitel po vás byt volný, vyřešíte prodloužení smlouvy online. Stejně jednoduché je i vypovězení smlouvy s 30denní výpovědní lhůtou, opět online.

Cena je all-inclusive. Nájemné zahrnuje veškeré služby včetně energií a Wi-Fi, a neúčtuje se, pokud nepřesáhne 15 % nájemného. To vám ušetří spoustu papírování při předání bytu. Pokud ubytování nenabízí Wi-Fi, je to jasně uvedeno na stránce nabídky.

Vždy jenom 30 dní dopředu. Ať se již nastěhujete na začátku nebo v polovině měsíce, nájemné se platí vždy na 30 dní dopředu. Na Flatio tak “měsíc” začíná podle vás a nikdy nebudete platit více nájmů současně.

Vyfoťte si byt. Doporučujeme vám si první i poslední den nafotit aktuální stav bytu a fotografie nám následně zaslat. Fotografie společně s podepsaným předávacím protokolem výrazně zjednoduší případné nepříjemné situace, které doufáme nikdy nenastanou.

Stay Benefits se neuplatní - Pobyt je krytý vratnou kaucí
U rezervací delších 180 dní pronajímatel vyžaduje vratnou kauci.
Vezměte prosím v potaz, že vratná kauce plně nahrazuje plán Stay Benefits. Z toho důvodu se tento plán zahrnující pojištění odpovědnosti a asistenční služby na tuto rezervaci nevztahuje.
Nicméně se nemusíte nijak obávat. I nadále budete kryti naším standardním balíčkem StayProtection, avšak s výjimkou plánu Stay Benefits.
Průměrná cena

Tento jednorázový poplatek pomáhá pokrýt naše provozní náklady. Díky servisnímu poplatku vám můžeme poskytovat ověřené nabídky, krytí StayProtection, spolehlivou zákaznickou podporu a mnoho dalšího.
Žádné zálohy ani rezervační poplatky
Na Flatio nic neplatíte, dokud není ruka v rukávu. Teprve až majitel schválí vaši rezervaci a vy podepíšete smlouvu o pronájmu, tak pošlete první nájem a odměnu pro Flatio.
Poměrný nájem
Platíte za odpovídající počet odbydlených dní z celého měsíce (měsíc = 30 dní).
Náhradní ubytování
V případě, že se nastěhujete, a pronajaté bydlení neodpovídá informacím na platformě Flatio, dejte nám vědět co nejdříve!
Pokud jsou splněny podmínky odstoupení od smlouvy a pronajímatel nemůže problém ihned napravit, máte možnost odstoupit od nájemní smlouvy a získat plnou refundaci. Aktivně vám také pomůžeme najít alternativní bydlení a budeme vám nápomocní, dokud se vše nevyřeší.

Nájem
Pokud svou rezervaci zrušíte 30 nebo více dnů před nastěhováním, vrátíme vám první nájem v plné výši.
Pokud svou rezervaci zrušíte do 14 dnů před nastěhováním, vrátíme vám polovinu prvního nájmu.
Pokud svou rezervaci zrušíte méně než 13 dnů před nastěhováním, první nájem nevracíme.
Servisní poplatek
Servisní poplatek je vždy vratný.
Jestliže požádáteFlatio zákaznickou podporu o zrušení rezervace ("výpověď smlouvy od počátku") do 48 hodin od doby, co smlouva nabyla platnosti, budete mít nárok na vrácení celého servisního poplatku. Peníze Vám budou zaslány zpět na kreditní kartu či na bankovní účet skrze bankovní převod.
Po 48 hodinách budete mít nárok na vrácení servisního poplatku ve formě "voucheru", a to na přesnou částku, kterou jste za servisní poplatek zaplatili. Voucher může být následně využit na Vaši příští rezervaci, přičemž bude platný po dobu 12 měsíců. Jestliže servisní poplatek za Vaši příští rezervaci bude nižší než jaká je částka na voucheru, vystavíme Vám nový voucher na zbývající hodnotu, opět platný po dobu 12 měsíců.

It has 2 bedrooms, both comfortable and one with a second floor bad, to stay cozy and separated from your mates if needed). A large kitchen designed in a way that you can cook anything you like with comfort.
You can pass your time relaxed, take a bath after work, sleep in a second floor tiny bedroom and all the small details like different candles, Buddha's, pictures on the wall will make you really feel HOME. I stayed in Budapest for 2 months for the work reasons, but i left my home in Ukraine due to war - and thanks to this place I felt finally safe and even happy.
It was a pleasant stay for me, a great experience, I have a strong wish to return here one day.

She is great, a person with an extremely kind soul, very helpful, cheerful and friendly. She can answer any question and help you to find anything you need in the city and she makes you to feel supported in every situation may occur.

When I started working as a flight attendant in Budapest, I needed an apartment that would be well connected to the airport. Having in mind a well-connected one, it is one from which I can easily get to the airport at any time of the day or night. A place from which various means of transport will often depart. At the same time, I wanted an apartment where I could have a good rest, I would find restaurants with good food in the area, and I would also do the necessary shopping on the way home. And I found the perfect apartment. After crossing the threshold, I felt at home. The owner of the apartment took care of every detail of the decor, made sure that it was cozy and that nothing was missing. The layout of the apartment is brilliant. There are two separate rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a kitchenette and a sofa so comfortable that when you sat down for a chat, it was hard to get up. The bathroom was brilliantly invented - a bathtub. There is nothing better than to come back after a hard day's work, pour yourself a beautifully scented liquid from a nearby drugstore and relax. One of the rooms is a typical ... princess room! It has a mezzanine floor, high enough for easy walking. There is a desk where you can work and a large comfy bed! I think many princesses would like to be locked in such a tower and would not wait for a knight at all; D
I spent the winter so sweetly in the cold half of the year and it was fantastic!
The neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and you can easily walk to the most important places of Budapest in just a few minutes. Around the corner there are restaurants with delicious food. But the best thing to write about is the owner herself - She is an amazing, warm person, full of optimism and always smiling. She made sure that we had everything we needed, and contact with her is pure pleasure. I'll miss.
