Designed for up to 4 adults this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom energy efficient home has radiant heat in the floors and features a modern gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances. There is a plant centric sunroom with great natural light and some luxury amenities: an outdoor hot tub and sauna, a hammock, and an attached 2 car garage. For those working while traveling the dedicated private office and a secondary workstation has high speed Starlink Internet (300 mbs). A 37" TV is located in the living room with a Roku streaming stick so you can stream your favorite apps.

This unique home is nestled in a pinyon juniper forest where the properties namesake "The Walking Cedar" tree lives, as well as tons of other high desert vegetation, surrounded by rocky bluffs. Located on the eastern divide of the Great Basin near the Uintah - Wasatch - Cache National Forest there is great access to nearby reservoirs, creeks, and the sprawling Uintah Mountains.

There are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation from fishing and boating on the nearby Red Creek, Strawberry, and/or Starvation Reservoir to hiking, biking, or backcountry skiing in the Current Creek area of the Uintah Mountains. Explore right out of the door for hiking, biking, motorsport enthusiasts, ATV's, side by sides, or snowmobiles in the winter.
