Nuragic Temple is a spacious, fully furnished house available for medium-term stays in Esterzili, a peaceful mountain village in the heart of Sardinia.
With approximately 190 m² of indoor space, two separate bedrooms, two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a panoramic terrace, the property is particularly suitable for remote workers, writers, researchers, couples and people looking for a quiet home surrounded by nature.
The house has been carefully restored using natural materials, handcrafted details and decorative elements inspired by Sardinia’s ancient Nuragic culture. It offers an authentic atmosphere while providing the practical facilities needed for an extended stay.
Inside the house, guests will find:

The house is located within walking distance of Esterzili’s grocery shops, pharmacy, bars, post office and local services. The surrounding area offers hiking trails, mountain landscapes, archaeological sites and some of Sardinia’s most peaceful and unspoilt countryside.
A car is strongly recommended for exploring the area and reaching the wider services and attractions of Sardinia.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WINTER STAYS
During the colder months, it is heated using the fireplace, portable gas heaters and the electric heating appliances provided in the house.
At move-in, the house will be prepared with an initial supply of firewood and one gas cylinder when required by the season. Guests should be comfortable managing a fireplace and living in a traditional mountain house during winter.
The monthly rent includes Wi-Fi and standard household utilities in accordance with Flatio’s rental conditions. Guests are expected to use electricity, water and heating responsibly. Any exceptional or excessive consumption will be handled according to the applicable Flatio lease agreement.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
• The property may be occupied only by the guests included in the Flatio lease agreement.
• Additional overnight guests require the host’s prior written authorisation.
• Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.
• Candles, incense, smudge sticks and other open flames must never be left unattended.
• The fireplace and gas heaters must be used according to the instructions provided.
• Guests are expected to use water, electricity and heating responsibly.
• Furniture, artwork, ritual objects and decorative items must not be moved or removed without permission.
• Waste must be separated according to the local collection rules.
• Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately.
• The property must be returned in a reasonably clean and orderly condition.
• Guests must respect the neighbours and avoid excessive noise, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Welcome package
The property will be delivered clean, furnished and ready for the stay. Guests will receive:

• An initial supply of essential household and cleaning products
• Bottled water, coffee and tea
• A small selection of Sardinian welcome products
• A detailed house guide covering appliances, heating, waste collection, local services and house rules
• A photographic move-in and handover report
Nuragic Temple is best suited to respectful and independent guests who appreciate silence, nature, traditional architecture and authentic village life.
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight unless previously authorised by the host.
