This beautiful house is offered for stays between 11 and 90 days: for example for a private recreational stay, remote work, visiting family or friends, a professional stay, study, medical reasons or another temporary situation in the sense of an "arrendamiento de temporada". The property is particularly suited for remote digital workers looking to experience a beautiful working environment. The upper floor is bright and open, and as soon as you enter, the most impressive thing about the apartment immediately attracts your eye: the fantastic panorama in the direction of Albir and the impressive Serra Gelada nature park. On this floor you will find a large, well-equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living and dining area with three inviting sofas. One of them can be converted into a bed, making the upper floor suitable for one person to stay overnight. Large windows open to the balcony and bring the wide view directly into the living room. Outside two more sofas and a large, round dining table invite you to linger, and on sunny days the area can be pleasantly shaded. A practical guest toilet and a utility cabinet with washing machine complete this floor comfortably. On the lower floor you will find two separate bedrooms with cozy queen-size beds, each with its own bathroom and shower. Thanks to the special construction, this area is completely shielded from the noise of the city and gives you a real oasis of peace - in the middle of the old town. From both bedrooms you have access to an inviting terrace with relaxing seating. Whether it's a morning yoga session, the first coffee in the sun or a quiet moment in the evening - here the day begins and ends exactly as you wish. With a panoramic view on the upper floor and deep peace on the lower floor this maisonette combines the best of both worlds. The entire house has fast Wi-Fi with mesh extension and is therefore particularly suitable for digital work. The many different places where you can sit with the laptop provide a lot of variety in everyday work. And since you live right in the old town, you can sneak out for a coffee or an ice cream at any time between two online meetings! And the beautiful beach of Altea can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot - a short, refreshing bath in the sea awakens new creativity at any time! If a parking space is important to you, we can also offer you a garage in a large, secure underground car park, which is only about 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
