Very nice flat in a good and convenient location. I rented this place for my parents to stay and the landlord was helpful and flexible while they were in the flat. I definitely recommend.

This apartament looks the same as in the pictures. It is very good localized - close to tram, metro station, park and shops. The apartment is well equipped - all necessary items in the kitchen, washing machine. Quiet neighborhood, perfect place for a car and very good contact with the Landlord are another attitudes. I highly recommend this apartment and the Landlord.

We rented the flat for 1 year and it became our first home in Prague. Tomas is an amazing host, from the beginning till the end everything went well. He always helped us when we need.

The flat is exactly as the pictures show. Ceskomoravska is a very secure family friendly and calm neighbourhood. And has a great public transport options, close to the tram , metro, bus stop and even train stop. Next to a big shopping mall where you can find everything. Everything necessary was available in the apartment.
We definitely recommend.

Byt je krásný a velmi pohodlný. Nalezli jsme vše potřebné. Lokalita je také supr jen pár kroků na metro a par kroku na nakup.

Modern, cosy, neatly clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect location i.e. metro within 200m, shops, restaurants. Very good communication with the owner. Was a pleasure!!

The apartment was in perfect condition; clean and modern appliances. Nice and spacious with good natural light. Apartment was in a great location within walking distance to a shopping mall, metro station, and a nice park. Tomas was a great landlord. Very prompt responses and very accomodating. I would highly reccomend this apartment.

This neighborhood is very quiet and has plenty of grocery stores very close by. There are two shopping malls within walking distance that boast a variety of stores for all essentials. Lovely park with biking/walking path is also within walking distance. The metro and tram stops are also very close. It is easy to get into Prague center from the apartment.

The Uyghur restaurant in Palmovka is very nice.

Velmi se nám líbil být a komunikace s jeho majitelem: rychle reagoval na dotazy a hned po objevení jakéhokoliv problému se snažil udělat všechno, co bylo v jeho silách. Jednoznačně doporučujeme!

Good armenian-georgian restaurant in 200m

It was the best apartment ever I had (I've been renting some flats in many place, countries). flat was extremely clean, there were everything you might need to live for while. I didn't have any problem at all to stay there about 1,5 months. And owner Tomas was always helpful and thoughtful.
I would looooove to stay there again if I have a chance. If you are up to find any apartment in prague, here is the place for you :) Thank you Tomas.
