We're offering a beautiful, newly renovated and sunny apartment – perfect for one or two people who appreciate a high standard of living and stylish furnishings.
Location
The flat is in a quiet street in Prague 7, on the second floor with an elevator. It's just a short walk from Stromovka Park and Gallery of Modern Art - Veletržní Palác
The Vltavská metro station (line C) is only 3 minutes away on foot, and you can reach the tram hub at Strossmayerovo náměstí in about 5 minutes.
The area is full of great cafés, restaurants, and shops. Both Stromovka and Letná parks are nearby – perfect for walks, jogging, or bike rides.
Just 5 minutes from the flat, there is a long-term parking area with reasonable prices (unfortunatelly there is no free parking in the wider center of Prague).
The Apartment
The apartment is fully furnished with quality retro-style furniture.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a beautiful mirror.
The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
In the spacious kitchen, you’ll find an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a fridge, plus a nice dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils.
The open-plan living room with a TV and comfortable sofas is a great place to relax or watch a movie.
The bedroom has a large wooden double bed with high-quality mattresses and fresh bedding.
There’s also a walk-in closet next to the bedroom, where you’ll find the washing machine.
A small balcony faces a quiet courtyard.
The whole apartment has been recently renovated. It has oak wood floors, a peaceful atmosphere, and fast Wi-Fi.

Beautiful appartment, very bright and well furnished. Comfortable bed, nice bath and the washing machine is a most. The place was super clean and the area is very quiet. Letna is a very good neighbourhood full of coffees, restaurants and bar. Metro and tram 5 min walk and old district is 10 min ride. Very nice and responsive owner. I stayed there for 2 months and I would definitely rent it again !

We have rented this apartment twice already, and each time is was cleaned so well, it felt like we were the first people living there. The apartment is very warm in the winter, which is quite unique in Prague, and has a nice breeze in the summer. The neighbourhood is very nice as well, and it only takes a 10-15 minute tram ride to get to the Old Town.
Janka is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We are very greatful to have had the opportunity to stay at her apartment.

That was a fantastic experience. The best one I had in renting apartment. There's everything you need for life. But it is also very spacious, beautiful and very quiet place. Very good location for exploring the city (metro is just 5 min walk, but it is also possible to reach sightseeing by foot). The owner is amiable and nice doing business with.
It is definitely worth to come and enjoy your time here.
